Quick way to knit

If you want to knit a square faster, try using bigger needles (say 10mm) with two or three strands of yarn. The bigger needles mean that there are less stitches to stitch, but the double or triple strands mean that the square isn't too 'holey'. I think that it uses a comprable amount of yarn as using smaller needles (eg 6mm) with a single strand of yarn.

I just found this site today and I'm very excited - I've made three squares and two hats tonight!
