Crochet squares for charity
by: Cathy

Here is an excerpt from a news letter posted by Lion Brand Yarns. They accept knitted and crocheted squares.

"Each month, we feature a charity that helps others through knitting and crochet. This month's charity is Knit-a-Square.com, which asks knitters and crocheters around the world to help provide warmth to South African orphans...."

squares
by: Diana

I am a crochet nut and would love to make squares for such a wonderful cause. I usually make blankets in bright colors for Project Linus..so I have lots of leftover kid colors. Will you let us help?

seconded... thirded?...
by: AG

Yes, please. Perhaps some knitter who also crotchets can interpret for us one-needle types what's wanted here and what we can contribute?

by: Charon

I too would like to donate crocheted squares. I currently have many already done that I do not know what to do with.
